How to Order

There are two easy ways to order your prescription medications through PolarMeds.com. For faster processing and delivery times please use our secure online ordering system. If you are not comfortable shopping on the internet you may also order by mail.

Internet Orders

  1. Browse our online catalogue and add the medication you need to your shopping cart.

    Find Medication by Name

    Search by Letter

  2. Once you have found the Medication you are looking for, add the medication to your online shopping cart, by clicking the Add to Cart button. Proceed to checkout when you have finished shopping. This will then take you through a series of questions.
  3. Mail/Fax an original prescription from your Doctor.

Fill Out Forms

You are required to complete a Patient Order Form and Prescription Request Form. This will enable our contracted pharmacies to fill your prescription safely and efficiently while allowing our licensed Canadian physician to review it. All information will be kept strictly confidential.

Please ensure you have correct postage for mail to Canada. Express mail is not necessary.

If you have an existing prescription at another drug store that you would like transferred please provide a copy of your prescription label.

Turnaround Time

Please allow 3 business days for order processing and 10-14 business days for shipping. If you have not received shipment within 3 weeks please contact us and we will track your package.

Please Note

Currently the United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA) limits the quantity of medication we are able to send at once to a three-month supply. If your prescription allows, you can order refills every three months.

By law, we do not ship narcotic or controlled substances and any potentially habit forming medications.
